fulfil.pl is a brand of Shopvil sp. z o.o., ul. 2. What these terms cover

These terms set out the rules for using the free services available on the fulfil.pl website:

• browsing the website content, including the price list,
• the fulfillment cost calculator,
• the quote form and the contact form.

Fulfillment services (receiving, storage, packing, shipping, returns) and access to the client panel are provided under a separate contract. These terms do not cover them.

3. Price list and calculator

Prices on the website are net prices in Polish złoty (PLN), excluding courier costs. The price list and the calculator result are for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Conversion into euro or US dollars at the NBP average rate is indicative – we invoice in PLN. Only an individual offer and the contract are binding.

4. Technical requirements

All you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. To receive a reply to a form, you need a working email address. Forms may be protected against automated submission (spam).

5. Rules of use

• Provide true data in the forms – we prepare quotes and replies based on it.
• Do not submit unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not disrupt the website, e.g. by submitting forms automatically or trying to bypass its safeguards.

6. Conclusion and termination of the agreement

The agreement for using the website and the calculator is concluded when you open the website and ends when you leave it. The agreement for handling a form is concluded when you submit it and ends once we have replied. You may stop using the services at any time, free of charge.

7. Complaints

If the website or a form does not work properly, write to info@fulfil.pl or by post to our registered office address. Describe the problem and give your contact details. We will reply within 14 days.

8. Risks on the internet

Using the internet involves typical risks such as malware or impersonation of well-known companies (phishing). Keep your software up to date and be careful with unexpected messages. We never ask for passwords by email or phone.

9. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the privacy policy.

10. Final provisions

• These terms are available free of charge on this page – you can save or print them.
• We announce changes on this page, stating the date the new version takes effect.
• Polish law applies. If you use the website as a consumer, these terms do not limit the rights granted to you by mandatory provisions of law.
